The External Complaints Committee
- Investigates and assesses whether the complaint will be handled. In other words: is the complaint admissible in accordance with the client’s complaints regulations?
The procedure as stated under Our working method is followed, including holding a hearing.
- Advises the client in setting up complaints handling.
- Advises the client on drawing up or amending complaints regulations.
- Is the source of information for the internal or external confidential counselor of the client.
